Preparation:

  1. Do the problem on delays that was sent to your by e-mail.
  2. Read carefully the introduction to the Chapter 5, which was distributed in class (the same as the chapter in the notes posted above.
  3. Read the introduction of the following paper (and have a peek at the rest of the paper)
  4. Have a look at the rest of Chapter 5 (notes).

The pbs 2 and 3 should be tacked only afteer the problem on global games. That problem should be done before the next class (this Wednesday). I know, it's little time, but you will gain more from the class. If you are short of time, don't do question 6. (1-5 do not require algebra).

    • This is a ``problem for learning'': Do not turn an answer in class. But you may (are encouraged) to write one for yourself.
